The Law Firm consists of Sylwia Owczarek and Milena Soćko.

Sylwia Owczarek
Sylwia Owczarek - Patent and Trademark Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney and Lawyer. Graduate of the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in cases involving industrial property rights, copyright, economic law and spatial planning. She is studying for a doctorate in the area of Trade Mark Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She completed her postgraduate studies in Company Law at Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie); in Industrial Property Law and American Law and at the University of Warsaw and has completed a number of other training courses. She has a good working knowledge of English and French.
Since 2000, she has gained substantial professional experience working for the Wienerberger Group. Her other clients include Semmelrock Stein + Design Sp. z o.o., Wienerberger Ceramika Budowlana Sp. z o.o. and the Flaming & Co. brand.
Marcin Wychota
Marcin Wychota – patent and trademark attorney, professional representative before the EUIPO and WIPO. Graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Chemistry.
From 2007 to 2020 professionally associated with technology companies as an engineer.
Gained experience in the design of chemical processes as well as in the construction of machinery and devices.
Participates in numerous courses and trainings – he is listed as an IP Scan Contractor.
He provides commentaries to, among others, Gazeta Prawna and conducts webinars on industrial property law.
Marcin has been cooperating with the Legal and Patent Office Sylwia Owczarek since 2021.
Katarzyna Pieniążek
Katarzyna Pieniążek – a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Has experience in working in law firms as well as copywriting and cooperation with publishing companies.
She provides legal translations (from English into Polish and from Polish into English) and translations of English-language literature into Polish.
Katarzyna has been cooperating with the Legal and Patent Office Sylwia Owczarek since 2019.
